Lymphatic system –
The lymphatic system is number of vessels traveling parallel to the circulatory system where the main focus is to return inter – and intra -cellular fluid back the blood stream.
The steps of this an electromotive force which its job is to deliver much vital work goes on. It is through the lymphatic system of the cells, tissues and organs that eliminate largely occurs. Lymph fluid, loaded with waste, excess protein etc is sucked into the lymph tubes to be filtered by the spleen and the lymph nodes.
The proper stream and coherence of the lymphatic system is thus vital to the body function and must be considered when approaching the body from a holistic approach.
The secondary major function of the system occurs in the lymphatic system occurs in the lymphatic glands, as the anti- microbial activity of the body is particularly located there. Blockages in the lymphatic system that collect by products of the body infection, and which support the immune system in its role as the body’s defense system.
Swollen glands may occur wherever there a lymph gland, most occurring sites the throat, under the arm, the breasts and the tops of the legs mainly in the groin region.
An elimination diet is needed for whenever there detecting of any lymphatic issues arising.
Exercise is important therefore, exercise plays a vital role in lymphatic fluid circulation. Exercise has many benefits, including stimulation of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system depends on physical activity to circulate the lymphatic fluid throughout the body and collect and help the body eliminate toxins and other waste products.
